Welcome to Wesser Water Heaters. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our smart water heating solutions. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information

Our smart water heaters are designed with advanced technology and come with comprehensive specifications:

1800W high power heating capacity
Maximum temperature of 80°C
WiFi-enabled smart control system
Professional installation required

3. Warranty Terms

Inner Tank

• 5 years if supply is from roof tank
• 3 years for flow pump supply not greater than (<)2.5BAR without a pressure vessel
• 5 years for flow pump supply not greater than (<)2.5BAR with pressure vessel (capacity of 10% of the water heater volume)
• If supplied by government mains, a pressure regulating valve (set to 2.5BAR) and a Pressure Vessel (capacity of 10% of the water heater volume) must be installed for the warranty to be valid

Mechanical & heating parts

2 YEARS on (Element, thermostat, Sleeve, gaskets)

Electrical and electronics parts

2 YEARS subject voltage and current protection is adequate

4. Installation & Service

Professional installation is required for all water heaters to ensure optimal performance and warranty validity.

Installation must be performed by certified technicians
Proper pressure vessel installation required for government mains supply
Regular maintenance recommended for optimal performance
WiFi setup and smart features configuration included

6. Limitation of Liability
